about
The song HOMEOSTASIS delves into the importance of resilience to maintain our sense of direction in a society that is driven by competition and performance. In this world, it can often feel harsh and uncaring, where our self-worth is determined by how little sleep we need and how much we achieve. However, we have the power to choose our perspective.
HOMEOSTASIS might already give a preview of our upcoming album, which we are currently working on. If all goes according to plan, it will be released in the first half of 2025!
lyrics
HOMESTASIS
Promise to stay strong.
Can I learn resilience?
I know, nothing for sure.
I know nothing.
I cannot keep up with all the noise,
I lose my senses.
I fear the future,
so I try to avoid
bad consequences.
Caffeine is oozing out of my pores.
“Success is expensive.”,
say my bodies defenses.
Vulnerability
makes me feel guilty.
There’s no time to be free.
...mental anxieties.
I’m a product of society.
It’s tricky.
So busy.
Always so busy.
Why am I dizzy?
“Better stay busy.”
Feelin' fucked up
of being busy.
I lose myself.
...so much absorption.
And I cannot help.
There’s only distortion.
It’s never enough.
Crowds of empty gray faces
running out of lifetime.
Call for homeostasis!
---
I learned to feel again.
Therefore I face the end.
I know, nothing for sure.
I know nothing.

sound. Franzis Lating and Johannes Elia Nuß draw on alleged contrary musical traditions and combine them with great keenness to experiment to a “highly individual, novel experience", that morphs somewhere between Jazz, Classical and electronic music....more
